Washington DC

I went to Washington DC, to the House of Representatives. You know, the place I used to be part of in Capital Hill back in 2007. Maybe if people ask me about it I will share what happened but up to date not many seem interested. I decided to not share this experience or what happened unless its in person. I was told I was successful intern and researcher, and that the whole office loved and missed me. Up stairs I met a few friends who are staff workers and played chess during lunchtime. I found out President Obama slashed over 10% of the federal government and over 350 people lost their jobs in the last year at the Library. A lot of people looked bitter and tired but they continue to prevail and trudge on. Many of the staff workers at Congress are good people who work hard. 12 people I knew are no longer working, only 4 remain.

People like my adopted dad once told me he would have been more proud of me if I was with the Boyscouts but I had to go to Congress. I was a disappointment. Its alright, I got rid of that family due to much drama and lies. Many people in the Upper Peninsula of MI told me I was a liar when I came back, others simply told me they hated government and thus me because I was part of it. I never understood why NMU cut out Federal internships but hey, whatever. Its me against everyone and I will continue to live my life to its fullest. I am not looking for employment but will continue to write books. No matter what anyone thinks of me, I will be a published author by this Fall. It's inevitable.

Due to massive amount of stress and drama my wife started smoking again. I can't blame her. I wonder why people who care about her don't respect her or give her a break. They don't realize the toll being put on Kelly is to much.

We are in the process of looking at 3 houses in Michigan and in MN. Personally we are leaning towards the Lake House because symbolically a Lake House is supposed to be tranquil and peaceful. We have not committed but will be seeing all the places in person starting Monday. Another house is in Munising and in Gladstone. We will only be moving near Lake Superior or Lake MI on the lake. Its a personal desire that Kelly agrees with.
